We’re proud to offer handcrafted items made with care and attention to detail. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. During peak seasons or promotions, please allow a few extra days for processing.
Shipping Method: We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Local Pickup: If available, local pickup options will be shown at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
