1. What kind of products do you offer?
At Laura’s Cozy Crafts, we offer a variety of handcrafted goods, including soaps, bath bombs, press-on nails, decorative wreaths, tumblers, and more. Every item is made with love and attention to detail!

2. Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every item is handcrafted by Laura with care. This means each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, design, or size—one of the special qualities of handmade work!

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically ship orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. Please allow extra time during holidays or high-volume seasons.

4. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available if you are located in or near Wausau WI (Central WI). Please let us know in the notes section.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

6. I have sensitive skin. Are your bath products safe for me?
Our soaps and bath bombs are made with skin-friendly ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. Please read the ingredient list carefully.
Always test a small area first and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult your doctor if you have specific skin concerns.

7. Can I request a custom order?
We’re happy to consider custom orders when possible! Send us an email at laurascozycrafts@gmail.com or message us on social media with your idea, and we’ll let you know if we can create it for you.

8. How do I care for my handmade items?

• Soap/Bath Bombs: Keep dry between uses and store in a cool, dry place.

• Nails: Store in a container and avoid exposure to moisture.

• Tumblers: Hand wash only—do not put in the dishwasher or microwave.

• Wreaths: Keep indoors or under shelter to protect from weather.

9. Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Yes! If your order is a gift, let us know in the notes at checkout. We’re happy to include a handwritten note or simple gift wrapping when requested.
